Confronted with high-cost federal mandates, the Bovina Water District hired Bray Engineering to sort through a myriad of technical, regulatory and funding options. Bovina Center residents now have an optimized combination of two supply sources (a well and a surface water supply), a new fire-flow distribution network, emergency storage capacity, and low-cost, high-quality drinking water.
